Here are samples of STEAM Projects complete with Project Guides & How To's to run in your own classroom or contact us so we can help you design  STEAM PBL for your classroom.

Hovercrafts

What student wouldn't love floating across the ground?  Hovercrafts are the ultimate in fun and integrated math/science learning.  Newton's Laws, air pressure and introductory kinematics are showcased in this amazing and exciting project.  And, Guess What?  It takes Math to do it!

Graph It Art

Algebra meets Art!  Students apply mathematical thinking and knowledge of linear equations to design, create their personal art designs.  Student art designs can be displayed in art form and laser cut on cell phone cases.

Balloon Cars

Zoom-Zoom!  Cars powered with only balloons accelerate students learning.  Students not only engineer their own car but they study how the Laws of Motion can impact its performance.  It's inquiry and discovery based learning at it's best where the design process takes center stage in student's understanding of the most fundamental of physics content.

Gaga Pit

Gaga is a refreshing take on a classic game, dodgeball.  But, it takes place in an octagon designed and engineered by students.  Math is essential as students construct with geometric principles, angles, and mathematical preciseness to have a game that will be welcomed on any school yard.  Action and excitement motivate students to learn while having fun!

Mini Golf

What kid doesn't love a little putt-putt, mini golf style especially when they get to create and build their own golf hole design?  The elements of math and science integrate showcase friction, energy transfers and mechanical design to make learning fun and worthwhile.  It's a ball!
